You play inside a square map with a solid border. The 
Reaper zone sits at the
center. Structures cannot be placed over this zone, except for 
Landmines. The restriction remains when the Reaper is absent; see
building.
Spawns

central Reaper zone.

The map starts with up to each maximum. Later batches add no more than the listed amount and stop at the map limit.
