Great Daggers
Upgrading from
Daggers increases damage without changing the attack rate or
movement bonuses. Great Daggers are the last dagger upgrade bought with a weapon point and qualify
for the
Dark Daggers reward.
Mechanics
Section titled “Mechanics”Without other movement effects, holding Great Daggers gives you 110 % of normal speed. A killing dagger hit raises this to 130 % for 3 seconds. Destroying an enemy structure or resource, or opening a gift with the daggers, also triggers this movement bonus. Further kills or destruction restart its duration; destroying friendly structures does not trigger it.

Base damage per hit against players.
All dagger tiers share 6 attacks per second and the same movement bonuses. Upgrading increases damage per hit.
Unlocking
Section titled “Unlocking”Use the weapon point earned at level 9 to replace Daggers in the weapon tree. The upgrade costs no resources. You must first choose Basic Daggers, unlocked at level 2, and then Daggers, unlocked at level 7, spending the earlier upgrade points.
Get the kill on the
Reaper while you are alive with Great Daggers in your
inventory to replace them with Dark Daggers. You can have another item equipped when it dies.
Keep the daggers equipped while moving after a kill. Switching to another item cancels the remaining speed boost, even if you immediately switch back.
